Having a deeper understanding of yourself makes life more meaningful. The question is, how does one do this in the midst of twenty-first century living? Over fifteen years ago I began studying psychoanalytic theory, practicing Buddhist meditation, and incorporating creative contemplative time into my life. My writing shares how the integration of theory, practice and creative time enriches our lives.
